Mythos Basic is a high quilty commercial espresso grinder designed to produce the most uniform particle dispersal. Allowing for micrometic grinding adjustments, this system goes beyond the traditional “intermediate settings” allowing extremely precise grind size. The amount of coffee dosed per shot is visible directly from the dispenser, making it easier to adjust the mount of coffee in the filter. Nuova Simonelli grinders, unlike many others, expel almost all the ground coffee from the milling chamber, meaning there is always fresh coffee and most importantly stopping the grinder from overheating.
